An exercise program doesn't have
to be complicated to be effective!!
For strength-training exercises, any tool is fine, including
dumbbells, elastic bands, body weight, and machines.

                       5:45 p.m. Muscle Condition
 Wednesday 8:30 a.m. Pure Muscle
                     10:30 a.m. Slow It Down Fitness - Co-ed for Seniors
                       4:30 p.m. Christ-Centered Yoga
Thursday       5:15 p.m.  Cardio (Step)
                       5:45 p.m. Muscle Condition
 Friday           8:30 a.m. Pure Muscle
                    
Saturday       9:00 a.m. Cardio
                      9:50 a.m. Stretch


$3.00 per class
$2.00 per class (students and senior adults)

All participants must have an evaluation and participation form on file. You may get one from the instructor or print one from below.
