 Providence Ministries last year served Thanksgiving Dinner to around 3200 people and Christmas dinner to over 3500. This year they expect larger crowds due to the economy. It requires 200 turkeys for each. If you are willing to supply one (or 5 or 10!) turkeys, please call Teresa at the church office or sign up in the atrium. If you buy the turkey, please deliver it (or them) to Providence by November 15. They begin cooking and freezing turkey in October to accommodate that large crowd. If you prefer to donate money, we will buy the turkeys.
Make checks payable to DFUMC and mark it "Turkeys".
